I only accept good quality photos to work from. I need to be able to catch the details of your furry friend. I may decline your commision request if I don’t think the photos you have provided are a good enough quality for me to be able to paint your pet at the best of my ability. 

When I have accepted your request I will require 20% of the total cost upfront as a deposit, and only then will I start your painting. Deposits are non-refundable.

When your painting is completed I will send a photo of the finished result and ask you if there are any changes to be made.
